This notoriously hands-on superstar, currently doubling up as actor and co-producer on a suspense drama helmed by a woman director, is reportedly running his film’s prep like a boot camp. Team members are summoned to his residence bright and early for marathon brainstorming sessions that stretch endlessly, with writers, assistants and department heads all expected to be present and alert till late evening.

While the star is said to be obsessing over everything from minor casting choices to the tiniest creative detail, the crew allegedly pays the price in stamina.
