In fact, the actor reportedly shot for around 10 additional days under strict secrecy, at undisclosed locations. What’s more surprising is his fee—said to be around ₹1 crore per day—bringing his total earnings for this extended appearance to nearly ₹10 crore, excluding what he was paid earlier for a shorter shoot.
The director and this actor share a long-standing friendship, which is why he initially agreed to be part of the project. Their previous collaboration was a major success, and many credited the actor’s presence for boosting that film’s impact.
However, dynamics on this film seem slightly complicated. While the lead actor—who is also among the producers—shares a cordial public equation with this star, insiders claim their off-screen relationship isn’t as smooth.
Despite being positioned as a single-hero film, promotions have highlighted multiple stars, suggesting a larger role for the supporting players than originally expected.
With all three actors expected to come together for promotions, it remains to be seen how the spotlight will be shared when the film finally releases.
