Promoting films on dance reality shows has almost become a routine part of Bollywood publicity. However, the male lead of a recently released film reportedly chose to skip an appearance on one such show.
Sources say the reason had to do with one of the judges on the panel, who happens to be the actor’s former girlfriend. Although the star is generally known for maintaining cordial relations with most of his exes, this particular equation is said to remain uncomfortable for him.
As a result, the actor reportedly declined the invitation to appear on the dance competition. The makers of the show, therefore, had to rely on the film’s leading actresses to promote the movie instead.
