MUMBAI Mirror: Several wives of famous actors seek out professions of their own. While some take up jewellery design, yet others turn to home décor and interiors. One such lovely lady has been getting a lot of big assignments lately. But we hear that most of her work is barely done by her. Instead, it is outsourced to another firm. Stealing credit or giving jobs to others? Your guess is as good as ours.
So, this lady has been outsourcing her projects to another firm – possibly a nondescript firm locally or even China? Why is she is doing that, you would wonder? Are the projects too many that she cannot cope or she knows her work is not that good enough? I don’t know that (but it doesn’t look like it)! Most of her customers sign up with her because they want to tell people that the wife of this superstar is the one who designed their office or home. There was this Mumbai-based businessman, who paid quite a high sum to have her do his home only to find out later that the materials were of weak quality and they were starting to rip or shred by themselves after a couple of months.
