A film producer is reportedly going through another challenging phase. Even though he currently has a few new projects underway, sources claim that payments owed to crew members from his last couple of films are still pending.
Insiders say the producer’s recent releases failed to perform well at the box office, which has added to the financial pressure. Because of these setbacks, he is believed to have sought assistance from close friends within the industry.
At least one thing, however, stands out—unlike some others in similar situations, he hasn’t blamed the poor performance of his films on the state of the economy.
