THEY say friendships and breakups are more fickle in filmdom than anywhere else. This may be true of several people in the business, but one superstar has pretty much written off his favourite director. It seems the hero had roped in the director for a much-in-news biopic, but things have turned for the worse. The star is rumoured to be out of the venture, and he had hoped the director would follow in his footsteps. But the director has decided to stay on and not pay heed to his friend.
