Word from Berlin suggests icy tension between two former beauty queens who are currently filming a big-ticket Bollywood action sequel. The actresses — who debuted together years ago opposite a famous khiladi star — reportedly haven’t shared warm vibes since their early days in the industry.

Before the shoot began, both stars are said to have assured the producer that professionalism would prevail and there would be no on-set drama. Technically, there haven’t been fireworks. But insiders whisper that the two barely speak. The atmosphere on set is described as politely distant, with crew members subtly aligning themselves with either camp.

The more commercially successful actress appears to enjoy the support of the film’s male superstar, with whom she has collaborated before. Meanwhile, her co-star has reportedly found an ally in the senior actor playing the chief antagonist.

Although the two actresses have carefully avoided sharing screen space since their debut, neither wanted to miss the opportunity to appear in this high-profile franchise. One was invited back to reprise her role from the original film, while the other came onboard for a comparatively smaller part — perhaps setting the stage for this silent rivalry.

News is trickling in from Berlin about frosty vibes between two beauty queens-turned-actresses who are shooting for a major Bollywood action-movie sequel.
