Two actresses who were once among the most sought-after faces for endorsements are reportedly losing brand deals, and insiders say the reason may have more to do with their management teams than with the stars themselves.

Until recently, both actresses were enjoying strong positions in the industry, with successful films and multiple advertising campaigns. Interestingly, they were also represented by the same talent management company.

One of them continues to be widely respected for her acting skills and remains a major name in Bollywood, although her most recent film didn’t perform well at the box office. Despite marrying a high-profile celebrity, her standing in the industry has largely remained intact.

The second actress, who started her career with a lot of promise and was once tipped to become the next big star, has reportedly had a tougher time in recent years. Her films haven’t performed as strongly, and in a recent project featuring a major superstar, she had only a brief appearance.

According to industry chatter, both actresses have now lost some of their endorsement deals. One had been the face of a major beauty brand, while the other was associated with a popular snack brand.

Sources claim the brands decided to terminate those contracts earlier this year and instead sign another actress who has been steadily building a reputation through strong performances and commercial success.

Insiders say the decision wasn’t due to the actresses’ behaviour personally. In fact, the brands reportedly had positive experiences with them. The problem, according to the gossip, stemmed from the conduct of their management teams, whose demands and attitude allegedly made collaborations difficult for the companies.

As a result, the brands decided to work with a different actress who was seen as easier to collaborate with and whose career momentum has been rising.
